Ford almost nailed it with the newly introduced 2020 Broncos. The iconic Bronco is now back in its 6th generation and is much better with superb power, great handling, comfort, on-road and off-road features, ….. etc. The on-road comfort, and handling improvements were made possible by Ford's impressively designed IFS.
When it came to Off-roading though, the Bronco told another story. Once high articulation and strength were demanded to manipulate off-road obstacles, the IFS system showed its deficiencies with broken tie rods and left a lot to be desired.

This system has an ECONOMICAL benefit as well. It reduces the future repair cost of the steering rack. A lift introduces sharper steering angles and high stresses on the steering system at maximum flex which will accelerate wear and reduce the steering system’s service life. Our kit pushes the design limits further out to allow your vehicle to operate within larger, yet safer and more economical engineering margins.
The SuperFlex steering system is MODULAR in design. If you later decide to upgrade your OEM steering rack to a larger one, the steering system can still work by changing one or few of its parts.
The steering FEEDBACK experienced using this system is like nothing else. Due to its large range of operating angles, the steering feedback experienced is smooth, accurate, confident and precise. This system is EASY to install with no modifications required. You can easily install it by yourself. It is mandatory, though, to perform a front end alignment after installation.
JeePerf’s bearings and knuckle attachment studs are made of strong CHROMOLLY alloy steel and have larger dimensions than OEM, giving them maximum STRENGTH. Most bolts, nuts and locknuts are high grade steel. This steering system is over engineered and is very well built.
Our tie rods are powder coated for LONG SERVICE LIFE and protection from harsh elements. Colors are tastefully chosen to give your tie rods an elegant appearance.
Our spindle attachment studs are tapered and made of thicker, stronger, heat treated, solid chromoly steel alloy giving them strong, perfect fit and long service life. They are tapered to fit your OEM spindle mount.
Our SuperFlex Tie Rods are REBUILDABLE. They are designed and built using steel with the very capable HCOM16T spherical bearings for tie rod ends. Those are permanently lubricated, INDUSTRIAL SPHERICAL BEARINGS that can handle some very serious abuse. 
The SuperFlex tie rod ends come in two styles and can optionally be transformed from one to another easily. The have the option to eliminate bump steering by using their adjustable height feature. The adjustable height variety comes with a longer attachment stud, height adjustment washers and its special misalignment washers. If you decided to lift your Bronco, and stated experiencing any bump steering, this upgrade is the solution to eliminate it. The SuperFlex tie rod end system offers that capability.
